Aboriginal Kindergarten is offered to children of Aboriginal Ancestry enrolled in Preschool in School District 72. Your child is to be enrolled in a regular morning kindergarten class, then attends the Aboriginal Kindergarten Program in the afternoon. The Aboriginal Kindergarten Program runs four afternoons a week. The program focuses on literacy and numeracy skills and also includes First Nations language, stories, songs and art.
To enrol your child in the program, please see attached brochure and enrolment form and return to the secretary at your child’s neighbourhood school.
