Elder’s Worker
The Elders Worker is responsible for providing care, support and companionship to the Elder’s, along with providing exercise, good nutrition and activities on a daily basis. The Elder’s Worker can be relied upon to provide transportation assistance; organization of resources for Elder’s Programs, running errands when needed and assistance with personal care.
The Elders Worker is knowledgeable about each individual and their needs along with keeping accurate records and observations on the Elders, while maintaining an effective, professional and confidential relationship with each Elder.
Kara Henderson has been the Elder’s Worker since 2000, she is a certified Resident Home Care Aid who enjoys working with the Elders providing a safe, comfortable environment to promote independence and mental well being in each Elder.
